Scott McTominay, the Scotland international, is currently representing his nation at the World Cup in the United States, marking the country's first appearance in the major tournament in 28 years. The Napoli midfielder is being supported by his family and his stunning girlfriend, Cam Reading, who has earned the nickname 'Queen of Italy'.

McTominay's Road to the World Cup

McTominay has been instrumental in guiding Scotland to the World Cup, scoring two goals and providing one assist as the team topped their group to secure automatic qualification. During his club campaign with Napoli, the midfielder registered 18 goal contributions and helped the club win the Italian Super Cup.

Now, McTominay's focus is on Scotland's World Cup campaign. They face Morocco on Friday night with a significant opportunity to reach the knockout stages. Cam Reading: The 'Queen of Italy'

Reading's relationship with McTominay remained under wraps until 2022, when she was spotted in the stands at Old Trafford before his major move to Italy. Now, the WAG is frequently by the midfielder's side and often shares glimpses of their private getaways and special occasions.

Before the World Cup, Reading shared pictures of the couple's break in Ibiza with friends. She captioned the photo collection with emojis including a yacht, sun, dancing woman, bikini, and whale. Reading turned heads in beach-ready outfits, such as a cropped kaftan and a white two-piece set, showcasing her athletic physique.

Reading was also present at the Gran Gala del Calcio awards, where McTominay claimed the top honour for his outstanding performances during the 2024/25 season. He scored 13 goals and provided six assists in Napoli's push for the league title. At the ceremony, McTominay was named in the best starting XI and won the Serie A Player of the Year award. Reading shared snaps of the occasion and wrote on Instagram: 'Gran Gala del Calcio. Scott walked away with two awards, and I walked away even prouder of the man he is... dedicated, hardworking and always striving for more. Ti amo.'

Scotland's World Cup Campaign

McTominay was also named Scotland's Player of the Year ahead of their World Cup trip. The midfielder is confident that his country can perform admirably after an opening-day win over Haiti in Boston. Speaking to GQ, he said: 'There's no time to be shy. You have to take challenges like this head-on and think about goals and achievements. But it's a game-by-game process. You have to give your absolute maximum in every game, regardless of club or country.'

Scotland face Morocco on Friday night at Boston Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, with an 11pm UK kick-off. They then conclude their group stage against Brazil on Wednesday, 24 June, at Miami Stadium in Florida, also at 11pm UK time.
