Eddie Hall Calls Out Jake and Logan Paul for 2v1 MMA Fight
Eddie Hall Demands 2v1 Fight with Paul Brothers

Eddie Hall Challenges Paul Brothers to Unprecedented 2v1 MMA Bout

Eddie Hall has reignited his bitter feud with the Paul brothers, calling for a stunning two-on-one showdown with Jake and Logan Paul inside the MMA cage. The former World's Strongest Man made the audacious challenge despite suffering a points defeat to Tommy Fury last month.

Hall's MMA Experience and Recent Boxing Loss

Hall is no stranger to the octagon, having defeated fellow former World's Strongest Man Mariusz Pudzianowski last year inside 30 seconds. The 38-year-old has previously faced two opponents in one night as part of a bizarre 2v1 exhibition MMA contest. In his most recent outing, Hall returned to the boxing ring to face Tommy Fury in a six-round exhibition bout under the Misfits Boxing banner in Manchester. Despite showing promising signs in the opening exchanges, Hall lost on points in a fight judged by Derek Chisora, Chase DeMoor and Tony Bellew.

Hall's Provocative Call-Out

Speaking to former boxing champion Tony Bellew on the Fight Your Corner podcast, in partnership with Midnite, Hall did not hold back. He said: “Look, if he wants to fight MMA then I would f*****g love that. I think the Paul brothers would be a good scrap, maybe a 2v1 in the cage. I’d get both of them in there and f**k them up. Yeah, I would. I’ve done it before with shorter people, and that was honestly some of the best fun I’ve ever had in my life.”

Bellew's Assessment of the Paul Brothers

Bellew, who has previously called out Jake Paul, weighed in on Hall's comments: “You against the Paul brothers, Jesus Christ, both of them aren’t bad, you know? Logan Paul is a really good athlete, and I tell you what, Jake Paul can whallop. He turns his shots over well. He can punch a bit, he’s not a mug.” While Logan has some boxing experience, he is largely known as a WWE superstar. Jake, a well-established boxer, has never fought in the octagon, though both have wrestling backgrounds.

Jake Paul's Boxing Career and Recent Defeat

Jake made his professional debut six years ago against AnEsonGib and quickly racked up wins over Ben Askren, Tyron Woodley and Anderson Silva. His first defeat came three years ago against Tommy Fury on points in Saudi Arabia. He then beat Nate Diaz, Mike Perry, Mike Tyson and Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. However, he has not fought since being knocked out by Anthony Joshua last Christmas in Miami.

Hall Praises Jake Paul's Impact on Boxing

Despite the rivalry, Hall acknowledged Jake Paul's contribution to the sport: “I’ll say this, since the likes of Jake Paul have come along, people can say what the f*** they want about Jake Paul and what he’s done. I think he’s done amazing things for boxing. There are so many more eyes on the sport of boxing now than there were before, no one can deny that. You’ll always have boxing fans who want to watch the title fights, the Canelo, Fury and AJ fights, but there is that feeling that people are getting bored of watching Tyson Fury going into a fight and winning or drawing.”
