England's finest footballers are among the top players in the world, according to new EA Sports FC27 in-game player rankings.
EA Sports FC27, using a plethora of real-life stats on players, features a host of top Three Lions and Lionesses stars among its ranks when detailing the top footballers on the planet.
Top Men's Players
Real Madrid ace Kylian Mbappé is the world's best player currently, followed by Manchester City's Erling Haaland. Third place goes to exiting City teammate Rodri, and fourth goes to forward Ousmane Dembélé of Paris Saint-Germain.
England stars also get a look-in, with striker Harry Kane highest placed of the Three Lions in sixth place. Real Madrid's Jude Bellingham comes in at 11th, just behind Barcelona's Lamine Yamal. Arsenal's midfield general Declan Rice sits 21st.
Top Women's Players
When it comes to the women's game, the Lionesses also do well. Arsenal's Alessia Russo comes in at 13th, with Manchester City's Lauren Hemp featuring at 24th and goalkeeper Hannah Hampton at 27th. The top women's player in the world is Alexia Putellas of the London City Lionesses.

"Today, the 27 top-rated men's and women's players from across The World's Game have been revealed.
"This year, two global superstars stand tall in the men's ratings, with both Kylian Mbappé and Erling Haaland earning an OVR of 91, while Alexia Putellas retains her place at the top of the women's ratings with an OVR of 91.
"Built by authentic match data, football expertise, and decades of credibility, Ratings reflect the standout players across men's and women's football performing at the highest level.
"With 21,000+ players across 800+ clubs and national teams, 140 stadiums and 35+ leagues, EA Sports FC Ratings authentically represent The World's Game."
EA FC 27 launches on September 25, 2026, with Early Access beginning one week earlier on September 18.
