Injury and last match
The absence stems from a Grade 4 stress fracture in her lower right leg, which developed during the clay-court season and worsened in June. This injury previously forced her to pull out of Wimbledon and the entire North American hard-court swing.
Raducanu's last competitive match was on June 14 in the final of the Queen's Club Championships, where she finished as runner-up to Donna Vekić. That match aggravated her physical issues and sidelined her from competition.
Recovery timeline
Medical professionals recommended an eight-to-16-week recovery timeline, placing her expected return in late autumn 2026 or early 2027. She is currently undergoing rehabilitation at a training camp in Switzerland while wearing a protective boot.
