Customer reviews and feedback

The HOMCOM model has yet to receive any feedback on the Yimbly website. At Amazon, where it is sold without the 10% discount, shoppers have given it a 4.5 out of five-star rating.

One customer said: "Does a great job at reducing the moisture in my home dry windows even on cold days, works quickly so it doesn't need to run all the time! A-rated so not expensive to run and the price was worth the money. Would definitely recommend this product!"

Another shopper said: "We had another 10L one but this one is so much more effective, worth every penny," while a different shopper noted: "Can thoroughly recommend this dehumidifier it dries my washing very quickly and collects loads of moisture."

A fourth reviewer called it an 'exemplary item', adding: "It will do what it says on the website draws out a lot of water out of the walls and very easy to use."

One three-star review raised concerns about noise, stating: "It's such a loud dehumidifier, we can hear it downstairs when it's on in upstairs bedroom." Another reviewer praised its quiet operation, saying: "It's good value for money. Seems pretty quiet compared to my other one. I like that you can set the humidity percentage that you want it to kick in at, this is helpful for saving electricity."
