Donald Trump Jr and his former wife Vanessa reunited to celebrate their daughter Kai's prom night, a gathering that took place against the backdrop of legal troubles faced by Vanessa's current partner, Tiger Woods.
A Family Affair
Kai, 18, wore a long red gown with her hair cascading down and a heart-shaped necklace as she posed for pre-prom photographs alongside her mother, father, and friends. The teenager, who recently attended the Masters tournament, is set to begin studying at the University of Miami for golf later this year. She left Augusta National early to focus on her studies as her high school graduation approached.
Vanessa's Support
Despite the turbulence surrounding Woods, Vanessa's ex-husband Donald Jr was present to escort Kai to her final prom. The father-daughter duo smiled broadly in their photos together. Vanessa also shared a touching moment in a photo with Kai, commenting, "Gorgeous, Kai, I'm so proud of you."
Woods was arrested and charged with DUI offences last month following a car crash involving his Land Rover on Jupiter Island, Florida. The five-time Masters champion faces misdemeanour charges. He has since stepped away from golf to seek treatment, stating, "I know and understand the seriousness of the situation I find myself in today. I am stepping away for a period of time to seek treatment and focus on my health."
Kai showed her support for her mother's partner by wearing his merchandise at Augusta and was also spotted at TGL alongside her mother earlier this year.
