A club statement said a pitch inspection at 9:30am revealed persistent heavy rainfall had left the surface unplayable, with no prospect of improvement. Cheltenham sit 18th in the table, eight points behind 12th-placed Gillingham.
Port Vale's League One fixture against AFC Wimbledon was also postponed after standing water made the Vale Park pitch unplayable. Wimbledon are 18th, while Port Vale languish at the bottom with 18 points from 26 games, facing relegation to League Two.
Barrow's home clash with Oldham Athletic in League Two was called off on safety grounds due to high winds from Storm Chandra. The club cited advice from the Safety Advisory Group, noting risks to supporter safety from wind gusts, travel disruption, and emergency service capacity. A statement emphasised that supporter safety was the overriding priority.
