Tottenham's injury problems intensified on Monday night as Andy Robertson and Tosin Adarabioyo were both forced off with apparent injuries during the match against Coventry.
Both defenders started as Roberto De Zerbi looked to manage a number of absences in his squad, but neither was able to complete the game.
Robertson hobbles off after hour mark
Former Liverpool full-back Robertson began limping around the hour mark but continued until the 70th minute, when he eventually went down and left the pitch. He was limping heavily and appeared to be favouring his left leg as he hobbled off.
Adarabioyo, making his first Premier League start for Spurs, used the same break in play to go down and receive treatment, clutching his right calf as he grimaced and gave concerned looks to his team-mates.
Double substitution and current score
Robertson and Adarabioyo were replaced by Ben Davies and Mateus Fernandes, respectively, with Tottenham leading 2-1 at the time thanks to goals from the returning James Maddison and Omar Marmoush.
De Zerbi will offer an update on either man's condition at full-time.
Growing casualty list
The latest injuries add to a mounting list of absentees, with Savio and Lucas Bergvall also joining the casualty list this week. Destiny Udogie was a surprise absentee from the matchday squad, with De Zerbi confirming he had suffered a knee injury last time out. They join Pedro Porro, Xavi Simons and Wilson Odobert on the treatment table.
Tottenham endured widespread injury woes in recent seasons and have taken a more conservative approach to treatment this season, but their problems remain.
