Scotland face Slovenia in a Nations League rematch at Hampden, with new boss Sebastien Pocognoli aiming for a second successive win after a rocky start to the campaign. Record Sport's writers have delivered their predictions for the tie.
Pocognoli's tenure so far
Pocognoli's reign began with a goalless draw away to Slovenia in Ljubljana and a 3-0 defeat to Switzerland at the national stadium. However, the team bounced back with a 2-0 away win against North Macedonia on Saturday, thanks to a first Scotland goal for Kieron Bowie and a penalty from John McGinn.
Three points in the second showdown with Slovenia could put pressure on Nations League B Group E leaders Switzerland.
Record Sport predictions
Scott McDermott: Scotland 3-0 Slovenia. Scotland will be confident after the result in North Macedonia, not just because of the result but also the performance, where they created a glut of gilt-edged chances. Kieron Bowie can get on the scoresheet again, and hopefully Ben Gannon-Doak will be given another opportunity on the right flank. Slovenia weren't great in the 0-0 draw in Ljubljana, where Scotland should have won.
Michael Gannon: Scotland 2-0 Slovenia. Slovenia were lucky to get let off the hook in Ljubljana but they won't be as fortunate at Hampden. Scotland need to pick up where they left off in Macedonia with their attacking approach.
Keith Jackson: Scotland 3-0 Slovenia. Pocognoli picked up some much needed momentum in Skopje on Saturday night and he'll take it with him to Hampden. Expect a strong, aggressive Scotland performance and a comfortable win over a limited Slovenian side.
Scott Burns: Scotland 2-1 Slovenia. Scotland should have won in Slovenia but I expect them to get the job done at Hampden. I can see Kieron Bowie getting on the scoresheet again.
More predictions
Anthony Evans: Scotland 3-0 Slovenia. The 2-0 win in Skopje over the weekend was just what the doctor ordered for Pocognoli. Putting the resounding defeat to Switzerland aside, Scotland have created plenty of goalscoring opportunities and I fully expect us to get the job done in impressive fashion under the lights on Glasgow's South side.
Robbie Copeland: Scotland 2-0 Slovenia. The signs of promise have been evident in the early days of the Pocognoli era and I fancy his team to sign off from a largely positive international break on a high. How we didn't manage to put Slovenia to bed in Ljubljana defies belief given the chances we created, but that will be put right with a comfortable win at Hampden.
Ryan McDonald: Scotland 2-1 Slovenia. The monkey is finally off Pocognoli's back after that 2-0 win in North Macedonia. Now he needs to tick another box off the list - a Hampden victory. Beating Slovenia at home is a must if Scotland are to build some momentum, and back-to-back wins would represent a solid start for the Belgian after those early stumbles. But I expect this to be a tight one. Jan Oblak doesn't concede many, but the Scots should have enough to get the job done.
