Pep Guardiola has insisted that speculation over his Manchester City future had “zero” impact on his side’s preparation for their clash against Bournemouth on Tuesday evening.

News broke on Monday evening that the Spaniard would be ‘leaving’ Manchester City, although this is yet to be confirmed by the club or Guardiola. In his pre-match interview on Sky Sports ahead of the Bournemouth game, Guardiola was not asked to comment on whether he would be leaving.
Focus on the Match
Guardiola instead reflected on what would be a “tough” game against the south coast club, who are unbeaten in 16. Manchester City must win to take the title race to the final day. Anything less and Arsenal will be confirmed as Premier League champions.
