Beverley hosts an eight-race card on Thursday where Newsboy's Nap, Tees Aggregates, runs in the 2.52. The Adrian Nicholls-trained sprinter is fancied to improve his course record to two wins from three starts.
Tees Aggregates won by three and a quarter lengths over course and distance last August. Although he failed to replicate that form on his next visit, a wide draw was partly to blame. His recent return at Southwell, where he finished fifth of eight after being denied a clear run, should have put him straight.
Jack Garritty's mount has drawn stall two, a significant advantage. Later on the card, Coolree is the each-way selection in the 4.52, having won two of his three starts at the track.
