Another player has questioned the hierarchy at Manchester United following the hammering in Como. The discussion turned to whether captain Bruno Fernandes should have held his tongue after his comments added to the club's troubles.
Michael Carrick may be on the brink of losing his job, but the panel questioned which top manager would even want the role given the current state of the club.
Arsenal and Bayern Share the Spoils
Elsewhere, Arsenal and Bayern played out an entertaining draw, but there are concerns over Bukayo Saka's fitness. Aston Villa cruised past Viking at home in their European fixture.
Premier League Preview
The podcast also looked ahead to the weekend's Premier League fixtures. The panel discussed whether Spurs will finally get something at Stamford Bridge, whether Brighton could become proper title contenders if they win at Anfield, and questioned what is going on with the U15 World Cup schedule.
