Man City vs Arsenal Community Shield Tickets Without a Season Ticket
Man City v Arsenal Community Shield Tickets No Season Ticket

Manchester City will open their 2026/27 campaign against Arsenal in the FA Community Shield at Cardiff's Principality Stadium on Sunday, August 16. The two sides last met in April, when Manchester City won 2-1. The FA Cup winners and Premier League champions will meet in the Welsh capital with the first silverware of the season on the line. The fixture also marks Enzo Maresca's first competitive appearance as Blues boss after succeeding Pep Guardiola over the summer. Cardiff hosts the Community Shield for the first time since 2006, with The Weeknd's UK tour forcing the move from Wembley Stadium.

Most tickets are being sold directly by the club in a restricted sale for eligible season ticket holders and members, with further sales criteria to be announced subject to availability. However, fans without either can still secure a seat through Seat Unique, which has official match tickets on general sale to all supporters.

Tickets on general sale via Seat Unique

Seat Unique is offering category two seats within the Man City end of the Principality Stadium in Block M35. This location sits in the middle tier by the corner flag between the west and north stands. Prices currently stand at £199 per person, which is higher than the club's own allocation, and are subject to fluctuation.

Tickets for the Arsenal section in Block M25 are priced at £315 per person, with a £14.75 per person booking fee applied to all orders. On matchday, supporters will find food and drink outlets across the concourse, serving beers, soft drinks and hot or cold refreshments.

Direct from Man City and broadcast details

Eligible supporters can also try to buy Community Shield tickets from the Man City website during upcoming sales windows. Those prices are £30-£75 for adults and £20-£60 for over 60s and under 16s. The match will be shown live on UK television.

The Community Shield kicks off at 3pm on August 16, exactly a week before the Premier League season begins on August 22. Coverage will be broadcast live and exclusively on TNT Sports, available through HBO Max or Prime Video's TNT Sports channel.

Seat Unique feedback

Alongside Community Shield tickets, Seat Unique sells packages for Premier League and Champions League matches. The retailer holds a 4.3-star rating on Trustpilot, and customer reviews are mostly positive.

Another added: "I ordered tickets for the Carabao Cup semi-final at Manchester City ordering through Seat Unique was quick and easy. Just looking forward to receiving the tickets which were a great price."

Not all reviews were glowing. Some customers reported slower delivery, with one three-star reviewer writing: "My tickets arrived about five hours before the game, instead of the promised two-four days before."
