Brentford manager Thomas Frank has confirmed that Tottenham Hotspur midfielder James Maddison has been forced to withdraw from England's squad for their upcoming tour of Asia due to injury.
The 27-year-old, who was named in Gareth Southgate's provisional 33-man squad for the friendlies against Japan and Brazil, has been replaced by Newcastle United's Anthony Gordon.
