Thomas Frank's future at Tottenham is in serious doubt after supporters called for his sacking during a 2-1 home defeat by West Ham. The North London club are now considering a change of manager, though no imminent announcement is planned.
As it stands, Frank is expected to lead the team for Tuesday's Champions League clash with Borussia Dortmund. Beyond that, uncertainty surrounds how long he will be given to reverse the club's fortunes.
The hierarchy had previously indicated support for Frank, but the toxic atmosphere inside the stadium after a 93rd-minute winner by Callum Wilson has prompted a reassessment. Tottenham are 14th in the Premier League with just one win in eight matches across all competitions.
Assistant John Heitinga, who arrived last week, provides a potential temporary option if the club decide to part ways with the Dane after seven months in charge. Frank acknowledged the pressure, stating: 'I understand, I'm the man in charge. The blame will go to me.'
