Carlos Queiroz will rotate his Ghana side for Tuesday's AFCON qualifier against Gambia in Accra, following the Black Stars' heavy defeat to Ivory Coast last week. Ghana emerged from the Ivory Coast match without any new injuries, but the absences of Mohammed Kudus and Jordan Ayew remain unhelpful. Abdul Fatawu is thought to be on the chopping block after conceding a penalty, while Christopher Bonsu Baah was hooked early and may struggle to keep his place.
