The FA Cup first-round draw takes place on Monday evening, with Altrincham and Bury among the clubs learning their opponents as League One and League Two teams enter the competition.
A total of 48 clubs from League One and League Two will join 32 non-league sides in the draw, meaning all 80 teams will discover who they face in the first round proper.
Big names and remarkable stories
Leicester City, Wigan Athletic, Sheffield Wednesday and Huddersfield Town are among the biggest names involved in the first round proper. There are also notable stories among the non-league clubs.
AFC Rushden & Diamonds, formed just 15 years ago following the collapse of Rushden & Diamonds, have reached the first round proper for the first time in their history after a 2-1 victory over National League side Morecambe in the fourth qualifying round.
First-time appearances and lowest-ranked side
Berkhamsted, Sholing and Plymouth Parkway will also make their first-ever appearances at this stage of the competition.
Meanwhile, ninth-tier Tadley Calleva, the lowest-ranked side remaining in the competition, kept their FA Cup dream alive by earning a replay against National League outfit Aldershot Town following a 2-2 draw.
All the ties from tonight's draw will be confirmed as they are announced.
