Quansah Suspended, Henderson Out
Jarell Quansah is suspended for the quarter-final after his red card against Mexico. Jordan Henderson is also out after undergoing surgery on his arm following a freak injury during celebrations after the 3-2 win over Mexico. He is not expected to play again in the tournament but will remain with the squad.
Reece James, Guehi and vice-captain Rice missed training on Wednesday, following individualised programmes. James is hoping to return from a hamstring injury that kept him out of matches against Panama, DR Congo and Mexico.
