Daniel Dubois and Fabio Wardley meet again at London's O2 Arena on Saturday evening, with the WBO heavyweight title on the line. Dubois claimed the belt from Wardley in Manchester in May with an 11th-round TKO, despite being dropped in the first and third rounds by the Ipswich-born fighter.
A rematch with high stakes
Wardley has the chance to atone for his mistakes in the initial encounter. Speaking in the build-up, the 31-year-old said: "I draw confidence from the successes I had in the first fight - getting knockdowns in the first and third. I need to capitalise on those moments better. I'm ready to put on a cleaner performance."
Dubois, 29, is confident the belt will return to Borehamwood with him. He said: "I know him now and know what to expect. I'm ready to go and do my job. I'm ready for a tear up. Let's go."
