Cardiff City slipped to a 2-1 defeat against Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park on Saturday. First-half goals from Andri Gudjohnsen and Todd Cantwell proved enough for the hosts, despite Callum Robinson's strike shortly after the interval.

Nathan Trott 6 - Could have done better with Blackburn's second, getting a hand to it but allowing it to trickle in. Made several good stops in the second half.
Joel Bagan 6 - Allowed Rovers in behind too often in the first half and touched the ball into Gudjohnsen's path for the opener. Improved after the break and made a goal-line clearance.
Gabriel Osho 6 - Made more clearances than any other player and contributed a couple of tackles. Not flawless but fairly good.
Dylan Lawlor 6 - His return is a positive, though he looked a little rusty at times.
Standout performer
Jack Moylan 8 - STAR MAN - Crucial in building the equaliser, showing determination to win the ball and feed Robinson for a cool finish. Had a couple of good chances to score himself after the break.
Ollie Tanner 6 - Unlucky not to score in the first half after curling an effort narrowly wide. Got into decent areas but couldn't penetrate the Blackburn defence.
Alex Robertson 5 - Could have done more to stop the ball reaching Cantwell for the opener and was bypassed too easily for the second.
Joel Colwill 5 - Had the right ideas, but execution was often lacking.
Perry Ng 5 - Found wanting defensively at times and lacked quality in possession.
Cian Ashford 5 - Had promising moments near the byline but didn't get going.
Callum Robinson 7 - Took his goal well after a quiet first half.
