Boris Becker Reveals Details of Diddy's Notorious 'Freak-Off' Parties

Tennis great Boris Becker has disclosed fresh information about the infamous parties hosted by Sean 'Diddy' Combs, the disgraced R&B star currently serving a 50-month prison sentence. In a candid interview on The Louis Theroux Podcast, Becker shared insights from his time in Miami, where many of these events took place.

The Trial and Conviction of Sean 'Diddy' Combs

Combs was found guilty last year of two counts of transportation for prostitution involving his ex-partner Casandra Ventura and another woman. In a split verdict, he was acquitted of more serious charges, including racketeering and sex trafficking. The trial revealed that Diddy, aged 56, organised drug-fuelled parties and orgies, known as 'freak-offs', which involved women and male sex workers and could last for days.

Becker's First-Hand Accounts from Miami

Becker, a three-time Wimbledon champion who lived in Miami, confirmed he knew Diddy and others who attended these parties. "I've met him [Diddy]. You know, I spent a lot of time in Miami," Becker stated. When asked if he was surprised by the revelations of the 'freak-offs', he replied, "No. I mean, if you know Diddy, if you live in Miami, if you are invited on the weekends to parties, you have a choice of saying yes, and you have a choice of saying no."

He elaborated that while attendees did not discuss specifics, they hinted at the events' nature. "Nobody really talked in detail about what happened; they went for hours and called them 'freak-offs'. And you put your two cents together…" Becker explained. Louis Theroux clarified that the 'freak-offs' were distinct from the general parties, often occurring in hotel rooms with Casandra Ventura and male sex workers, to which Becker agreed, saying, "Exactly."

The Duration and Secrecy of the Parties

Becker described how these gatherings could extend over prolonged periods. "The parties were parties. But even the parties, they took sometimes a day or two," he noted. He inferred the activities from conversations with attendees, adding, "Well, when you talk to someone on a Saturday afternoon and you talk to them again on the Tuesday and they say, 'Damn, I just got out of it…', of course, nobody ever says what they've done in those 48 hours."

Expressing his personal disinterest in such lengthy events, Becker quipped, "But you think there was naturally an espresso Red Bull is strong enough to make you survive the two nights? I've never been a guy of going to a long party because, you know, what's the point?"

Current Status of Diddy and Becker

Diddy is currently incarcerated at the Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institution in New Jersey. His release date has been slightly moved forward to April 25, 2028, from June 4 of the same year, after he was accepted into a drug-abuse rehabilitation programme.

Meanwhile, Boris Becker remains banned from the UK following his April 2022 conviction for concealing assets during bankruptcy proceedings. He served eight months of a 30-month sentence before being deported to Germany in December 2022. Becker now resides in Milan with his wife, Lilian de Carvalho.
