Candice and David Warner embraced the summer sun with a relaxed family outing at Sydney's iconic Maroubra Beach on Christmas Eve. The sporting power couple, accompanied by their three young daughters, were the picture of festive leisure as they enjoyed the coastal scenery.
A Seaside Celebration for the Warner Family
The retired Ironwoman, 40, showcased her athletic physique in a stylish blue-and-white striped bikini, accessorising with a wide-brimmed straw hat and oversized sunglasses. Her husband, the former Australian cricket star, 39, kept it casual in a sleeveless taupe tank top, gradient board shorts, and a bright orange cap.
The pair were spotted laughing, chatting, and sharing affectionate embraces as they strolled barefoot along the glistening shoreline. At one point, Candice was seen placing her hands lovingly on David's shoulders during their walk.
Family Fun and Festive Traditions
In a fitting nod to their sporting backgrounds, the family outing included a playful game of beach cricket. David Warner was clearly in his element, joining in the fun with his wife while their daughters—Ivy Mae, 10, Indi Rae, nine, and Isla Rose, six—played nearby.
Candice later struck a confident pose near a blue rescue board, smiling broadly with her hands on her hips and showing off her toned abs and long legs. The scene encapsulated a fun, active day out for the close-knit family, making the most of the Australian summer sunshine.
Candice's Alternative Career Path Revealed
In a recent exclusive chat with the Daily Mail, Candice Warner reflected on her life and revealed a surprising career ambition from her past. The Sydney-born mother-of-three confessed that, in another life, she would have pursued a career as a veterinarian.
"I love the life we've built," she said, referencing her family with David. While she sometimes wishes for a quieter existence away from the public eye, she added, "aside from that there isn't much I'd change."
Candice, who is the official ambassador for the 2025 Voltaren City2Surf, found it difficult to imagine a life completely detached from sport. "Even if it's being the kids' sports team manager cutting the oranges—I'm passionate about it!" she stated.
The Warners are supportive parents regarding their children's futures, well aware of the unpredictable nature of professional athletics. "Whether they dream of being an athlete or taking a different path, David and I will support them in whatever choice they make," Candice affirmed.
