President Donald Trump launched a flurry of posts on Truth Social early Friday, sharing AI-generated images that proposed using laser technology to win the conflict in Iran, alongside details of his upcoming 80th birthday celebrations.
Beginning around 5:30 a.m., the president appeared to defend the ongoing military engagement and promoted his birthday on June 15 as the “biggest ever.” One post featured an image of an American battleship firing a laser beam at an aircraft marked with an Iranian flag, captioned: “Lasers: Bing, Bing, GONE!!!”
Another image depicted Trump alongside UFC president Dana White outside the White House, surrounded by armed soldiers with aircraft overhead. The caption read: “June 14th. Biggest ever!!! DJT.”
In additional posts, Trump described the conflict in Iran as an “incursion” and drew comparisons to the durations of other U.S. wars, including the Vietnam War and World War II.
