Donald Trump's aide Natalie Harp, 35, was seen leaving Air Force One in darkness at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, with a suspicious item peeking out of her large bag. The rounded edge of something white and floppy, almost nappy-like, was visible as she walked across the airfield after the former president's trip to a political rally in Clarksville, Tennessee.
Aide known as 'the human printer'
Harp serves as Trump's Special and Executive Assistant and is a near-constant fixture at his side. She is known in political circles as “the human printer” and is reported to travel everywhere with a laptop, battery pack and portable printer, supplying Trump with constant hard copies of news articles, social media posts and favourable coverage.
Several of Harp's statements featured emphatic phrasing that some said echoed Trump's Truth Social posts, which she is believed to help manage. Her primary duty reportedly involves trailing the 80-year-old former president with the portable printer, laptop and battery pack to ensure he is constantly fed a comforting diet of uplifting news articles, flattering social media posts and positive polling data.
Mystery item not seen earlier
Harp recently revealed in an interview that she works around the clock, claiming she operates at the "speed of Trump" to take care of his needs and maintain his morale. While the sight of her exiting Air Force One is normal, the item poking out of her giant bag was out of the ordinary.
Earlier in the day, she was seen with the same bag while wearing a styling jacket and knee-high leather boots, with no mystery item peeking out of it. The item may have been used heavily during the trip, leaving a packet of fresh nappies open and peering over the edge of her bag.
Speculation amid health claims
It is impossible to confirm exactly what is in the bag, but the sighting lends credibility to rumours that Harp is literally Trump's nappy nurse. All of this is speculation, as Trump continues to claim he is the perfect picture of health and that Harp is nothing more than a special aide who informs him of the latest news and runs his social media.
