Holloway emphasised that his primary motivation for seeking a DNA test is to clear his name from the paternity dispute, insisting that the timeline of Charlotte's daughter Penelope's birth doesn't align with their sexual encounter.
Military Background and Personal Struggles
The former soldier, who lost his leg below the knee after his vehicle was hit by an explosive device in Afghanistan in 2013, spoke movingly about how the scandal has affected his mental health. He revealed that the situation has left him feeling at his most mentally weak, even comparing it to his traumatic military experiences.
This is coming from someone who has been blown up in Afghanistan, Holloway emotionally stated during his interview with Daily Mail.

Holloway believes that Charlotte's reluctance might stem from her desire to have successful singer Conor Maynard as the father, despite the negative paternity tests.

Charlotte has proposed an unusual medical explanation for the conflicting paternity results. She suggested she might have been carrying twins but lost one very early in pregnancy, leading to a rare condition called chimerism, where an organism has two distinct sets of DNA.
I have researched and researched trying to find the answers because I know for a fact that the only person who can be my daughter's father is Conor, Charlotte told The Sun.
