Niall Horan has shown his support for former One Direction bandmate Louis Tomlinson following an alleged altercation with Zayn Malik. The incident is said to have occurred while the pair filmed a documentary about their rise to fame, which has since been cancelled.
According to reports, Louis was punched by Zayn during the filming, leaving him with cuts and concussion. A source described the moment as shocking, saying Zayn struck Louis after a comment, and that Louis was later taken for medical treatment.
In a show of solidarity, Niall attended Louis's recent concert in Paris. Footage shared on TikTok shows Louis thanking Niall from the stage, saying: "I've got a mate in the house today... shout-out to you Niall. Appreciate you coming today man, that means a lot."
Neither Louis nor Zayn has publicly addressed the allegations. However, it has been noted that Louis has unfollowed Zayn on social media, casting further doubt on any hopes of a One Direction reunion.
Zayn recently spoke about moving away from his "brash arrogance" and learning to love himself, which he said allows him to be more receptive to others. He also revealed a recent hospital stay, thanking cardiologists for their care, and postponed several events tied to his upcoming album, Konnakol.
