Who Is Lee Andrews? The Missing Husband of Katie Price with a Strange Past
Lee Andrews: The Missing Husband of Katie Price

The nation has been captivated all week by the peculiar case of Katie Price's missing husband, Lee Andrews. The reality star revealed that she has not heard from him since Wednesday 13 May. Andrews and Price married in January this year, just days after meeting for the first time, in a Dubai wedding. The businessman, based in the UAE, was scheduled to fly to the UK on Tuesday 12 May for an appearance on Good Morning Britain alongside Price. However, he failed to appear on the show and has yet to arrive in Britain. With Price now stepping back from the case, the Foreign Office investigating, and Andrews's last text messages revealed, the story continues to grow stranger. But who exactly is Lee Andrews? Here is everything you need to know about Price's fourth husband, from his whirlwind marriage to his bizarre business dealings.

Who Is Lee Andrews?

Originally from Nottinghamshire, Andrews is a businessman now based in Dubai, having moved there 21 years ago. The 43-year-old claims on LinkedIn to be the CEO and founder of Aura Group Future Urban Travel 2027, an electric car company. According to TalkSport, the business, registered in the British Virgin Islands, was dissolved in 2024. Andrews also goes by "Dr Lee Andrews" on the platform, though it is unclear where his doctorate is from or what he studied. He reportedly claimed to have a PhD from Cambridge University, but the university stated it had no record of him studying there. Price addressed his education claims on Good Morning Britain in March, saying: "He hasn't got a PhD from Cambridge. It's one in Spain. That's for him to say why he's got his PhD. But it's not for Cambridge. Don't know where that came from. He hasn't got a PhD in Cambridge at all. He has got a PhD. I've seen it all. I've seen everything I need to see."

According to The Mirror, Andrews previously claimed to have been a Member of the Board of Advisors for the Labour Party since May 2015 and a Labour Party board member in Tuxford, Nottinghamshire. However, a Labour Party source told the publication: "We don't have a 'Board of Advisors' and this individual doesn't work with us." When approached for comment, Andrews told The Mirror: "Support is the word your after [sic]."

On social media, Andrews regularly posts pictures of himself on private jets, working out, or with flashy cars, including now-deleted photos with Elon Musk and Kim Kardashian at what appeared to be an event for his company, Aura. The images were suspected of being AI-generated, with a source close to Kardashian telling The Sun in January: "Kim doesn't know him, the photo is faked. This happens to her all the time – she's never met or worked with this man."

Andrews is also on OnlyFans, where he promises to share "candid moments in my daily life to special insights and private fun adventures" and charges subscribers $18 (£13.40) per month. As for his past relationships, he has reportedly been married twice before. Speaking on Jordan Hisham's After Shower podcast in 2024, Andrews spoke about his then-wife, fitness coach Dina Taji, and said they were both married to other people when they met. "I fell in love with the perfect woman," he said, before revealing that he "entered the realm of Islam" to be with her. "I was accepted by the family, they are very forward thinking." It is unclear how long they were married. According to The Sun, Andrews proposed to fitness influencer Alana Percival in September, just months before he asked Price to marry him. Andrews and Percival dated for nine months before he proposed the same way he did with Price: spelling "will u marry me" in rose petals at a spa. The Independent has contacted Lee Andrews for comment.
