Lee Andrews, the husband of Katie Price, has made a significant change to his Instagram profile amid ongoing fallout from his failure to appear on a UK television show. The businessman was scheduled to fly from Muscat to the United Kingdom to join his wife on Good Morning Britain but did not show up, leading to a public dispute.
Social Media Changes
Although Andrews has not posted on Instagram for a day, he has disabled comments on several of his past posts. His profile still identifies him as Katie's husband and notes it is a "managed page." This move comes as Katie and her sister Sophie have publicly criticised him.
Public Ultimatum
On her podcast, The Katie Price Show, Katie issued an ultimatum to her husband, stating she will not return to Dubai until he proves his commitment. She said: "I've said to him, he needs to make it to the UK, because if he doesn't, then it's obviously something not right going on." She added that his repeated failure to follow through made her look "stupid and a d***" on live television.
Sophie, Katie's sister, also expressed her concerns, telling Katie on the podcast that she feels Lee is "mugging her off." She warned her sister about his social media behaviour and said she only wants the best for her.
Subtle Dig
In a subtle move, Katie posted a picture of herself with her son Harvey on Instagram, captioning it "Goodnight from me & my Harvey bear." This came after she had previously said she was preparing the house for Lee's arrival. Fans supported her, with one commenting, "THAT is true love and 100% pure and genuine."
