Georgia Steel and her fiancé Harry Clarke were seen sharing affectionate moments while enjoying the sun in Barbados on Monday, just hours after announcing their engagement. The Love Island star, 28, accepted the proposal from the Ipswich Town defender, 25, who knelt on one knee during a romantic beach proposal.
A Stunning Beach Day
Georgia looked breathtaking in a skimpy red plaid bikini that highlighted her toned and tanned physique. The two-piece swimsuit featured a strapless top and matching thong bottoms, paired with stylish sunglasses. Harry showcased his athletic build, going shirtless in brown swimming trunks as he played in the sea with his bride-to-be.
The couple, who began dating in 2024, appeared more in love than ever. Harry proposed as the sun set on the beach, a moment captured in a video Georgia shared on Instagram on Sunday.
The Proposal Announcement
Georgia wrote on Instagram: "A million times yes! In this lifetime and the next. I still can’t believe we get to do forever together. You’re everything I dreamed of and more, my person." She added a cover of "Can't Help Falling In Love With You" by The Eternal Romantic to the video.
For the proposal, Georgia wore a stunning backless blue gown, while Harry dressed smartly in a coordinated blue shirt and white trousers. The couple, staying at the famous Sandy Lane hotel, cuddled and kissed on the beach, savoring the special moment.
Fellow reality stars, including Sophie Kasaei, Lucinda Strafford, and Jess Wright, flooded the comments with congratulations.
Relationship Timeline
Georgia and Harry kept their romance largely private for months after being spotted flirting in September 2024, going Instagram official in March 2025.
This is not Georgia's first engagement. She previously said "yes" to Ibiza Weekender star Callum Izzard in 2019 after just one month together. Callum, then 23, proposed on the set of US Ex On The Beach in front of the cast and crew. However, they called off the engagement during the 2020 pandemic. Georgia later told Grazia: "I don’t count [my engagement to Callum Izzard] as an engagement at all. It was on Ex On The Beach. He hadn't even met my father. It was not a proper engagement to me."
Georgia also had a past relationship with Medi Abalimba, known as "The Football Fraudster," who posed as a Premier League player and stole £13,000 from her.
Career and Recent News
Georgia first rose to fame on Love Island season four in 2018, known for her phrase "I'm loyal, babes." She left the villa with Sam Bird but they split shortly after. She later competed on Love Island All Stars in 2024, finishing fourth with Toby Aromolaran.
Earlier this year, Georgia announced a new career move: she became a qualified Pilates instructor. In July, she shared on Instagram: "Pinch me!!!! Can't quite believe I'm a qualified Pilates instructor. The most incredible day yesterday celebrating with family. Feel like the luckiest girl in the world right now."
Earlier this week, Georgia was seen in a skimpy black bikini on a beach in Barbados, relaxing on a floating lilo while Harry swam beside her. She wore her hair in a high bun and a visor, while Harry showed off his toned abs and tattoos in black swimming shorts.
