The contentious divorce between Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley, 49, and her estranged husband Paul 'PK' Kemsley, 58, has escalated further. Text messages filed as court exhibits expose heated disputes over PK's new girlfriend, housing arrangements, and Dorit's alleged spending habits.
According to court documents obtained by Daily Mail, the messages reveal Dorit's comments about PK's new relationship. In an April 1, 2026 text, she wrote: 'I don't care that you have your girlfriend here. Haha she knows you have two children and an ex ex-wife. It's OK I'm sure she can handle you being an adult and speaking to me even when she's there. You have to start being able to live an honest life. I thought you were finally ready to?'
PK replied: 'I have zero issue with speaking to you, zero issue with you knowing about Tatiana. She's a grown-up your age she has grown-up children. She's a very successful worldly woman who, of course, respects and would like for open, honest relations.' PK has been dating London-based creative executive Tatiana Kharchylava, who bears a resemblance to Dorit.
The following day, April 2, 2026, Dorit allegedly called PK an 'addict' who 'doesn't know how to learn from their mistakes.' Her messages read: 'At least you're consistent in proving a leopard doesn't change its spots. My goodwill towards you has officially run out. Please, don't come to me again asking for sympathy, support or protection.'
Days later, Dorit sent further messages regarding their children: 'The kids are aware of your relationship. I need you to be far more thoughtful in how you engage with them. When you and I communicate calmly, you're capable of making sound decisions. That same care is often missing when it comes to the children, and the difference is not subtle.'
The couple also clashed over housing. PK proposed that Dorit and their two children move into his current home, to which she allegedly responded: 'Over my f***ing dead body.' PK moved out of their shared home in Encino, California, a six-bedroom, ten-bathroom property, which he claims is near foreclosure. He is seeking to sell it immediately.
In a court filing, PK stated that Dorit spent nearly $1 million on luxury items while the family's finances were in peril. An audit revealed that from October 30, 2025, to January 6, 2026, she spent approximately $69,000 at Louis Vuitton, $69,000 at Chanel, $38,000 at Hermes, and $22,000 at Saint Honore, among other brands. PK's legal team argued these were personal expenses, not business-related, as Bravo does not require designer outfits for the show.
PK also claimed the home has over $6 million in mortgage debt and faces possible foreclosure. He said he has paid about 90% of family expenses and requested the court order the sale of the property. Additionally, he seeks a 50% custodial timeshare of their children, Jagger, 12, and Phoenix, 10.
Dorit filed for divorce on April 25, 2025, citing irreconcilable differences. The former couple had previously announced their separation in a joint Instagram statement, emphasizing their focus on co-parenting.
