The divorce between Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley and her estranged husband Paul 'PK' Kemsley has taken a bitter turn, with PK accusing Dorit of spending $1.4 million in just three months, primarily on luxury items, while the couple's home faced foreclosure.
Luxury Spending Breakdown
Court documents reviewed by Daily Mail detail Dorit's alleged expenditures from October 30, 2025, to January 6, 2026. PK claims she spent over $1 million on personal expenses, including high-end retail, wardrobe, travel, and glam costs, while allocating only $339,000 to family-related expenses. Specific charges include approximately $69,000 at Louis Vuitton, $69,000 at Chanel, $38,000 at Hermes, and $22,000 at Saint Honore. Other brands cited include Jenni Kayne, Net-A-Porter, FWRD, and Moda Operandi.
Mortgage and Foreclosure Concerns
PK alleges that Dorit, despite having exclusive occupancy of their Encino home for over two years, did not cover mortgage payments. The property, a six-bedroom, ten-bathroom, 8,901-square-foot home, has amassed over $6 million in mortgage debt, with default notices issued, raising the possibility of foreclosure. PK claims he has urged Dorit to sell the home to avoid significant value loss, but she has resisted.
Text Messages and Co-Parenting Disputes
The court filings include alleged text messages where Dorit involved their children in financial disputes. In one exchange, their daughter Phoenix reportedly asked PK to book a holiday, stating that 'Mommy pays for everything.' PK also submitted messages showing arguments about his new girlfriend, Tatiana Kharchylava, and Dorit calling him an 'addict.' Dorit filed for divorce in April 2025, citing irreconcilable differences.
PK is seeking a 50 percent custodial timeshare of their children, Jagger, 12, and Phoenix, 10, and has requested the court order the sale of the marital home. Representatives for both parties have not commented.
