Chloe Lewis has shared her heartbreak over the death of her ex-boyfriend and former The Only Way Is Essex co-star Jake Hall, who died at the age of 35 following an incident on holiday in Mallorca. The reality TV star, who dated Hall for a decade, released a statement on social media, describing him as her "first love" and "childhood sweetheart."

Jake Hall died after reportedly smashing into a glass door and suffering a head injury while on holiday with friends in Mallorca earlier this month. According to reports, the incident occurred after a night out partying. Police sources stated they are focusing on the theory that Hall died in a tragic accident, though investigations are ongoing.
Chloe's Emotional Tribute
In a lengthy post accompanied by a montage of memories from their decade-long relationship, Chloe wrote: "My first love, my childhood sweetheart. A love that taught me so much about life and myself, and even more so now your presence is no longer here." She recalled how they met at age 16, describing Hall as a "complete pain in the a**e most of the time, but always with the purest heart and the greatest soul."
Chloe reflected on their time on TOWIE, saying: "Navigating our young years and being thrown into a reality TV show, being in the public eye wasn't really what we wanted, but it all just happened so quickly & it took over our relationship." She added: "We didn't love wrong, we just didn't know how to hold on to it."
The tribute also touched on their last meeting in February, where she urged him to "take care of yourself." She concluded: "Heartache echoes through the world for you Jake. I've never seen so many people pour their love out for one person."

Officers questioned four men and two women who were staying at the address. A police source said: "We are focusing on the theory the victim died in a tragic accident after hitting his head against the glass door but it is still too early to say definitely what happened."
