Callum Woodhouse Takes First Villain Role in Channel 5's The Fortune

Callum Woodhouse, best known for playing Tristan Farnon in All Creatures Great and Small, takes on his first villainous role in Channel 5's new thriller The Fortune. The four-part series, which premieres tonight, follows a family thrown into turmoil when mother Amanda unexpectedly inherits £2 million from a stranger.

Woodhouse portrays Anthony, the wealthy and vindictive son of Amanda's mysterious benefactor, who is determined to prevent her from claiming the inheritance. The cast also includes Eleanor Tomlinson as Amanda, Matthew Lewis as her husband Jimmy, and Denis Lawson as the deceased benefactor Martin.

Rebecca Front plays Martin's widow Fiona, who opposes the inheritance, while Stephen Tompkinson appears as Boots, a man hired to stop Amanda. Paula Wilcox plays Amanda's mother Linda, a care home resident with dementia who holds key secrets about the family's past.
