FBI Files Detail Harrowing Allegations Against Prince Andrew at Royal Residence
Explosive new claims have emerged from recently released FBI documents, alleging that Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, witnessed the electrical torture of a schoolgirl at Frogmore Cottage, a royal residence in Windsor. The allegations, which date back to the 1990s, form part of the three million emails, documents, and images released by the US Department of Justice from the Epstein Files.
Graphic Testimony of Electrical Torture and Assault
According to an FBI document dated December 7, 2020, an alleged victim claimed she was taken to Frogmore Cottage, where she was restrained on a table and "tortured with electrical shocks" by Ghislaine Maxwell, the former girlfriend and criminal partner of Jeffrey Epstein. The accuser stated she was surrounded by a group of watching men and specifically recalled seeing Prince Andrew's face among them.
The woman further alleged that Maxwell beat her with the bristle end of a broom when she tried to flee, breaking her nose and threatening her life. She reported being taken to the hospital only after a rugby match to disguise the injury. In another incident, she claimed to have been hit by a dark blue car with a personalised license plate, suffering permanent injuries to her ribs, hip, and right leg.
Police Forces Assess Multiple Claims Across the UK
Thames Valley Police has confirmed it is analysing several claims against the ex-Duke, stating, "We can confirm receipt of this report and are assessing the information in line with our established procedures." Meanwhile, Surrey Police has encouraged individuals with information related to the Epstein Files and allegations of non-recent human trafficking and sexual assaults to come forward.
In a statement, Surrey Police noted, "Following the US Department of Justice Epstein file release in December 2025, Surrey Police became aware of a redacted report alleging non-recent human trafficking and sexual assaults on a minor in Virginia Water, Surrey between 1994 - 1996." The force found no prior evidence of these allegations in their systems and is urging witnesses to report.
Several other UK police forces are believed to be assessing evidence in relation to the Epstein Files, including:
- Metropolitan Police
- Norfolk Police
- Wiltshire Police
- Bedfordshire Police
- Essex Police
Historical Context and Denials
The alleged assault at Frogmore Cottage occurred in the 1990s, long before Prince Harry and Meghan Markle resided at the property from April 2019 to March 2020. There is no suggestion the couple were aware of these allegations. Prince Andrew has consistently denied all accusations against him, maintaining his innocence throughout the ongoing investigations.
The release of these FBI documents has reignited public scrutiny and legal proceedings, with authorities across the UK intensifying their reviews of the evidence. The allegations paint a disturbing picture of abuse and complicity, underscoring the far-reaching impact of the Epstein scandal.
