Sue Radford's 3 Stone Weight Loss: No Jabs, Just Diet and Exercise

Sue Radford, star of the Channel 5 series 22 Kids & Counting, has lost three stone through diet and exercise, dismissing speculation that she used weight loss jabs. The 50-year-old mother of 22 has been mistaken for her daughters Sophie, 32, and Aimee, 19, following her transformation from a size 12 to a size 8.

Speaking to the Mirror, Sue said: 'I think because so many people are taking them now, they automatically assume you are - but no I haven’t.' She attributed her weight loss to cutting out sugar, pasta, bread, snacks and junk food, combined with daily gym sessions and intermittent fasting between 7pm and 1pm.

Sue, who turned 50 last April, said: 'My weight had been creeping up, I was eating too many junk foods and snacks like graze boards in the evening and I wanted to do something about it. I have lost three stone since turning 50 and I feel amazing.' She also takes vitamins and drinks green tea.

Her husband Noel, 55, praised her discipline: 'Sue looks fantastic. She doesn’t eat any biscuits, cakes or anything. I don’t know how she resists.' Noel has joined her at the gym despite initial shyness. The couple, from Morecambe, Lancashire, run a pie company and enjoy their TV fame, with Sue confirming they plan to continue the series.
