Kelly's holiday comes after she revealed that marriage and children are not on her agenda. The actress, who has been dating Italian model Jeremy Parisi since 2015, said she values her freedom and independence. 'I like travelling and being with my partner, I like animals, working and being independent, and I like my freedom,' she explained.
