Eastwood, 59, begins her day with a cup of rooibos tea and toast before leading a 30- to 40-minute session on her Eastwood Fit app. She then works with Felicity Blunt and Stanley Tucci for up to an hour, combining HIIT, strength, ballet-inspired moves, and reformer Pilates. By 10am, she moves on to train Rachel Weisz three times a week, with sessions intensifying as Weisz prepares for 'The Mummy'.

After a coffee break at 11am, Eastwood trains Anne Hathaway at 11.30am UK time, which is 6.30am in the US. She then takes a power walk near her home in West Sussex before lunch. At 2pm, she trains Emily Blunt and John Krasinski, followed by local clients in her studio.
