Emma Forbes, the 50-year-old TV presenter, has been spotted enjoying a Christmas break in Barbados, showing off her impressive figure in a flattering black swimsuit. The mother of two was seen strolling along the beach and splashing in the sea, looking delighted with her surroundings.
Forbes, who is married to banker Graham Clempsen, has previously spoken about her health transformation. In 2013, she revealed that she had shed 10lbs and got back into shape naturally, without resorting to Botox, liposuction, or surgery.
She credited her fitness to a treadmill in her spare bedroom and a routine of power-walking three miles a couple of times a week. 'The adrenalin rush is amazing,' she said, adding that she tries to walk everywhere instead of taking a cab.
