Traitors Star Ruth Codd Reveals Second Leg Amputation

Irish actor Ruth Codd, best known for appearing on The Celebrity Traitors, has announced she is recovering after a second below-knee amputation. The 29-year-old shared the news in a TikTok video from her parents' house, where she is recuperating.

Codd had her first amputation six years ago following a football injury as a teenager, which led to years of surgeries and chronic pain. In the video, she explained that her left leg has now been amputated, and she showed off her new wheelchair, which she has named 'Fat Tony'.

In a recent interview, Codd revealed that she had all her toes removed in 2021 due to the impact of using crutches for eight years. She said doctors told her the foot was 'never going to get any better', making it harder for her to work and perform.
