A Triumphant Return to the Spotlight
The couple's appearance at the glitzy London event marked a significant and joyful milestone. Katie Knowles, a 34-year-old lingerie business owner, required an emergency operation in September after suffering severe complications from a hysterectomy she underwent in July.
The initial procedure was intended to resolve years of pain caused by PCOS and endometriosis. However, her recovery took a frightening turn when she was rushed to A&E after the stitches from her surgery ruptured. This left her in significant pain, bleeding, and close to losing consciousness.
Star-Studded Support for a Vital Cause
On Friday night, however, those worries seemed a world away. Katie looked radiant and healthy in a stunning strapless black gown, complemented by pointed heels and a statement silver necklace. Her dark hair fell in soft waves, completing the glamorous ensemble. Nick, 63, couldn't contain his smile, his arm wrapped protectively around his wife as they posed together.
