Katie Price has revealed that her son Harvey has lost two stone after being prescribed the weight-loss drug Mounjaro. The 24-year-old, who has Prader-Willi syndrome, a condition that causes constant hunger, has also been diagnosed with autism, ADHD and oppositional defiant disorder.

Speaking on the latest episode of her podcast The Katie Price Show, the 48-year-old former glamour model said: "And yeah he's started Mounjaro because I told you he's lost two stone. And I can really see him losing weight." Her younger sister Sophie replied: "That's great!"
Heart attack fears
Last month, the former I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! contestant said she feared her son would suffer a heart attack, explaining that he weighed just under 30 stone. Speaking on Andrew Gold's Heretics podcast, Katie said: "I'm not worried about his eyesight. What I'm worried about is him having a heart attack, his obesity. He weighs just under 30 stone."
She explained that she had tried to get him started on Mounjaro privately, but his other medication meant a full medical team had to approve it. "It's easy for me to just give it, but because of his other medication, you have to have all the team tick it off," she said.
High-risk health warning
Katie revealed that Harvey was now at "high risk of having a heart attack". She said: "It's getting to a point now, where he doesn't want to walk anywhere, he gets out of breath and sweats and they have said he is at high risk of having a heart attack."
She described how difficult daily life had become, saying: "You try to [force him to walk] but he literally breaks into a sweat. I bath him twice a day and it breaks my heart seeing him get in and out of the bath because he's so big and heavy."
Harvey's self-deprecating humour
Harvey, known for his uncensored comments, often jokes about his size. Katie shared: "He goes: 'I'm like a humpback whale', and I'm like: 'No you're not Harv, I love you'."
Asked whether her son ever gets upset over his weight, she replied: "No. He says he's got Santa's belly, he's all about Christmas now. It's funny, if he sees someone with a big belly, he goes 'you're a fat pepper pig', randomly in the shops. He just comes out with it and I go: 'Harv, you mustn't say that' and he goes 'sorry, d***head', and I'm like 'Harv, you mustn't call them a d***head'."
