Coat the potato in oil and a generous amount of smoked salt, ensuring even coverage. Microwave for 10 minutes to achieve a fluffy interior—something the air fryer or oven alone may not deliver. Then, transfer to the air fryer and cook at 180°C for 20 minutes. The result is a super crispy exterior and a soft, fluffy inside. Once opened, top with butter; the smoked salt makes it taste incredible.
