TOWIE star Amy Childs has addressed concerns over her dramatic two-stone weight loss, urging fans to refrain from negative comments on social media. The 35-year-old reality TV personality shared a photo on Instagram on Friday, showing her in a green sports bra and black leggings, which highlighted her slimmed-down figure.
In the accompanying caption, Childs explained that she has been focusing on her nutrition with health coach Jon Kirk. 'I have been really honest with you all, after losing a lot of weight, I realised I needed to understand how to eat the right way and to eat the right foods,' she wrote. She added that she has started to regain healthy weight and is working on weight training to become more toned.
Childs also revealed she has been receiving weekly body treatments at an aesthetics clinic specialising in non-surgical procedures. She asked fans not to leave negative comments, stating, 'This is not an overnight thing and it’s taking time but a journey to be my best self for the family.'
Fans responded positively, with one writing, 'Well done lovely, getting strong,' and another saying, 'So proud of you Amy, you look stunning.' In September, Childs had a tummy-tightening treatment and shared that having four children and dealing with stress had taken a toll on her body.
Childs is engaged to Billy Delbosq, with whom she shares twins. The couple postponed their wedding to 2026 after cancelling this year's plans due to a 'very tough few months'. She wrote on Instagram, 'I know that 2026 is our year and I can’t wait to Marry you.'
