US Man With World's Smallest Penis Challenges Others to Disprove Claim

A man from North Carolina who claims to have the world's smallest penis has issued a challenge for anyone to disprove his assertion, as he seeks to raise awareness about the medical condition known as micropenis. Michael Phillips, 38, stated in an interview with TMZ that his penis measures just 0.38 inches (0.97 cm) when fully erect, and is even smaller when flaccid.

Phillips said he was diagnosed with a micropenis in 2025 and hopes to reduce the stigma surrounding the condition. According to the Cleveland Clinic, a stretched penile length of less than 2.67 inches (6.8 cm) is considered a micropenis, a rare condition affecting about 0.6% of people worldwide. Phillips recounted difficulties with intimacy and urination, which led him to seek medical advice, though he was told only minor interventions were possible.

He explained that he cannot engage in penetrative sex and relies on other forms of intimacy. Despite these challenges, he noted he was in a satisfying relationship that ended due to distance. Phillips also addressed the common trope linking aggressive behaviour to small penises, stating he believes there is no connection.

Phillips acknowledged that Guinness World Records does not keep records for human sexual organs, so his claim remains unofficial. He stands in contrast to men who have claimed to have the world's largest penis, such as Jonah Falcon and Roberto Esquivel Cabrera.
