The pair have been linked since June 2024, following Phillips' divorce from actor Danny Masterson, who was sentenced to 30 years to life for rape.
Phillips has been open about her urgent need for a kidney donor after a previous transplant failed. She is currently on dialysis and has described her situation as 'extremely urgent', warning that an infection could prove fatal within days. Her brother was not a match for donation, but she remains hopeful.
In a recent interview, Phillips revealed she has turned to prayer and fasting to cope with the ordeal. She said she feels 'pretty good' since starting dialysis but acknowledged she is 'hanging by a thread' while waiting for a donor.
