Woman poisoned by husband no longer fears death after NDE
Poisoned woman no longer fears death after near-death experience

Ana Christina was left temporarily paralysed after her husband allegedly poisoned her dinner, but the near-death experience that followed has left her unafraid of dying. Speaking on the NDE Journey YouTube channel, she described encountering dead relatives on the other side, including her mother, father and sister.

Encounter with deceased relatives

Ana said she saw her loved ones as bright bodies of light rather than in their human forms. She described meeting her mother, who had died a year before the incident, at an entrance: "I came to another entrance and saw a body of light. And that body of light was my mother. She was standing there waiting to greet me."

"And she didn't have any facial features, she was just a body of light. But my soul recognised who she was straight away. I went to her, she had died a year before my incident."

Ana also said she saw her sister Nadia, who took her own life at the age of 35. She added: "And I've always wondered where she (Nadia) was. Nadia had a beautiful heart but was in a deep depression where she just took her life. We have a father in heaven, who is so compassionate and doesn't judge us like we judge each other."

Reunion with her father

She went on to describe seeing her father, who had died in a car accident when she was 22 years old: "I raced out to the hallway where my mother was, and she was standing with another body of light, which was my father."

"My father had been killed in a car accident when I was 22 years old and I never really got over it. Seeing him there was really a beautiful closure for me. The overwhelming joy of seeing them in such a beautiful setting."

No longer afraid of death

The mother said her experiences of the afterlife mean she is no longer scared of death. She revealed that while there are "ups and downs" in life, on the other side there is just "peace, joy and love".

Ana said: "I didn't feel: 'Oh, I'm dead now.' There was no end. No beginning. There was no darkness then light. I just kept on going. It was a wonderful feeling."

"Some people ask me what is the most significant part of my encounter and I tell them when he told that he's in every little detail of my life, knowing that, realizing that and coming back to live life with that knowledge has been an amazing blessing."

"And that's him, the spirit of God. Think of him as a guardian angel. We are not alone and we don't die alone either."

Investigation into the poisoning

After Ana came back around, she feared she may have suffered a heart attack or a stroke, but both her ECG and brain scan came back clear. It was only when her lawyer suggested getting a forensic hair analysis that she got closer to the apparent truth.

Lab reports seemingly showed that she had high levels of a number of metals, including lead, mercury and selenium. Ana said: "All these chemicals are usually found in rat poisoning. And we believe he put the rat poisoning into my rice, into the dinner, into the rice that night to finish me off so that I don't go to Egypt because he was running out of time."
