A brave mother facing terminal cancer is desperately trying to create lasting memories with her two young daughters through one final family holiday before her time runs out.
Rachael Cook, 36, received the devastating diagnosis that her cervical cancer had spread to her lymph nodes, leaving her with limited time to make precious memories with her children, aged just four and eight.

Despite undergoing gruelling chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatments, Rachael remains determined to give her daughters the gift of unforgettable moments. "I want to make as many memories as I can for my girls," she shared emotionally.
