Dianne Buswell has told fans 'the time has come' as she shares her hospital bag packing preparations, nearing the end of her pregnancy. The Strictly Come Dancing star, 36, announced in September that she and her boyfriend Joe Sugg are expecting their first child, a baby boy.
The couple, who met on the BBC dance show in 2018, revealed the happy news with an adorable Instagram video set to Elton John's Tiny Dancer. Dianne later competed in the latest series of Strictly with Neighbours star Stefan Dennis, but they were forced to withdraw due to an injury.
Despite her early exit, Dianne continued to appear in the ballroom and perform in group numbers. When the series ended, she returned to Australia to spend time with family before becoming a first-time mum.
In a social media post, the dancer showed the contents of her hospital bag, which included Pampers nappies and wipes. She joked that she may have overpacked for her baby boy but underpacked for herself. 'I guess this is now motherhood,' she added.
Fellow Strictly pro Vito Coppola, whom Dianne has called 'Uncle Vito', replied with excitement: 'You are ready and we are all ready too.' Fans also sent their well wishes, with many looking forward to meeting the baby.
Earlier, Dianne shared a humorous video about how the last trimester feels like it lasts forever, writing: 'I'm just kidding I can wait! But the last trimester deffo hits differently.'
