Spooked by Stray Dogs
Chesney's escape was prompted when he was spooked by a group of stray dogs near his enclosure. This sudden fright caused the young kangaroo to muster the strength to jump the formidable eight-foot barrier, leading to his disappearance into the surrounding area.
