Lanarkshire TikTok Mum Becomes SuperPark Social Media Ambassador in Glasgow
TikTok Mum Named SuperPark Ambassador

Nikki Laughland, a Lanarkshire mother known on TikTok as TikTokNikkiMum, has been appointed as the first social media ambassador for Glasgow's upcoming SuperPark. The 30,000 ft² indoor activity park, described as an “activity wonderland,” is set to open in mid-August at Frasers Plus Braehead Shopping Centre. It offers more than 30 interactive and inclusive activities inspired by football, gymnastics, dance, and freestyle sports, designed for all ages, including parents who can participate alongside their children.

From Family Vlogs to Ambassador Role

Nikki, who lives in Carluke with her husband Frazer and daughters Darcy (11) and Evie (8), began documenting family day outs on TikTok as lockdown restrictions eased. Her videos, which feature trips to various places including cafes, activity centres, and even a day trip to Dublin, gained popularity among other parents. “I started making little videos of what myself, and my girls, were up to as lockdown began to ease,” Nikki said. “We really enjoyed documenting all our different day trips and experiences. It just grew and grew from there really, and I realised the other mums were actually really interested in what I was doing.”

Finnish Company Took Notice

The Finnish company behind SuperPark, which operates 28 parks worldwide, noticed Nikki’s content and invited her and her daughters to experience SuperPark in Helsinki. The trip, described as “the trip of a lifetime,” led to her appointment as ambassador. Nikki now promotes the new Braehead park to her growing following across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. “The girls love being filmed for the videos, we just act natural, it’s just as you see it,” she said. “We’re out and about, enjoying our family time together.”

Managing Director Praises Appointment

Jonathan Doherty, Managing Director of SuperPark Glasgow, commented: “We have well and truly found the right person in Nikki. She is so fun and engaging. We are delighted that she and her daughters had an absolute ball at SuperPark in Helsinki, we knew they would love it! We can’t think of a better way to promote ‘The Super’ to other parents than using a parent to do it in her own words and images.”
